Terms and conditions
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to all orders placed via puffcraft.linuslabs.de. The provider is [Firma fehlt], [Inhaber fehlt], [Straße fehlt], [PLZ/Ort fehlt], Germany, email [E-Mail fehlt].
We sell accessories only. Controlled substances and plant material are not part of our range.
2. Adults only
We ship exclusively to people aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm that you are of age. Where we have reasonable doubts, we may ask for proof of age or cancel the order.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of goods in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract comes into effect when we confirm the order by email or ship the goods.
4. Prices and shipping
All prices include statutory VAT where VAT is shown. Shipping costs are stated separately before you complete the order and depend on the destination country.
5. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer in advance or via the payment link provided. With advance payment we produce and ship once the amount has arrived in our account. If payment does not arrive within 14 days, we may cancel the order.
6. Production and delivery time
Items made in house are printed individually for you once payment arrives. The delivery times stated in the shop are estimates and start when payment arrives. We notify you by email about delays in production.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. With 3D-printed items, visible layer structures, slight colour deviations and tolerances of up to 0.5 mm are inherent to the process and do not constitute a defect.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the withdrawal policy. There is no right of withdrawal for items made to your specification — engraving, for example.
10. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove mandatory consumer protection of the country of residence.
