Shipping cost

• Germany: €4.90 — free above €49.00
• EU: €9.90 — free above €99.00
• Rest of the world: €19.90

Shipping depends on the destination country and is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

Items made in house are printed individually once your payment arrives. The delivery time is listed with every item and starts when the payment lands. Supplies usually ship faster.

If an order contains items with different delivery times, we ship everything together once the last item is finished. Drop us a line if you'd rather have a partial shipment.

Packaging

We ship in plain boxes with no hint at the contents.

Customs and import outside the EU

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply. You bear these costs; they are not included in our prices.

Please check before ordering whether the items may be imported into your country. Restrictions on smoking accessories differ from country to country. We cannot replace shipments that customs holds or destroys.

Payment methods

Bank transfer in advance. You get our bank details right after ordering and again by email. Please use your order number as the reference. We start production once the payment arrives.

PayPal. Where offered, you receive a payment link after ordering.
